This collective piece of photos, video and audio recorded interviews will center on women in the college workplace and how they deal with different aspects of life and professional development with the impact of their gender identity.
The video above demonstrates just how different each woman can be, but how they go through many of the same experiences no matter what the situation may be.
The photo essay above is to show the connection between two women who work together in an office space, and are still holding on to friendship in their personal lives even as the pandemic pursues.
The audio interviews above have more one on one conversations with some of the women previously featured in the video aspect of the story in a Q&A format.
